Anti-depressants are Contraband items manufactured by the Resistance Movement. While, in-character, the person under the effects of them should generally be less downtrodden, the only out-of-character effect is making the screen yellow-tinged. Usually, they're either shown as needles or a bottle of pills.

They are considered Contraband by the Combine, probably because the depression instilled in most upstanding Citizens, at least in some part, contributes to their unwillingness and fear of revolt.
