a Cooldown is something that you get when you kill too many teammmates in CS:GO. They come in lengths of 30 minutes, 2 hours, 24 hours, and 7 day bans. The aim of cooldowners is to get their teammates to kill them 3 times so that they get a cooldown and can't play the game anymore (as not to spread their salt around.)
