The Citizen Supplements serve as the basic nutritional source for every Citizen in a city. They are given out in the regularly-received rations, and the contents are either (depending on server) a thick, grey tasteless paste, or white, tasteless crunchy pills, or a bag full of random items. There is barely any nutritional value in these foods, only enough to supply the body with enough to live, but keep the person malnourished.
