Some information on a citizen.

The Citizen Identification number (CID) Is the number that was given to all remaining humans by the Combine after the seven hour war. The number is five digits long and is unique to every citizen. The CID of every citizen is stitched onto their breast pocket. It is also compulsory to give your CID number to any Civil Protection officer who asks you to apply. The CID number is extremely important to any citizen getting an apartment. All CIDs are sorted in a massive Combine database, entering the CID number on this data base will bring up this persons 'data file' with a list of how many points the citizen has and any other miscellaneous information about this citizen. This is very important the the Universal Union (UU), as it allows then to keep almost perfect organization of all Combine citizens on Earth.
